The Veterans Benefits and Transition Act of 2018
The Veterans Benefits and Transition Act of 2018 was passed by the 115th Congress on 31 December 2018, when the measure became Public Law No: 115-407. This legislation provides needed relief for students attending classes on the GI Bill, requires a VA-provided proof-of-income for GI Bill students who are looking for housing, and requires standardized VA indebtedness information for those who may be required to repay a debt to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

She touches on how Military Working Dogs were used in the early days of GWOT and are still being used today. Veteran Caregiver Support
Veteran Caregiver Support (formerly known as Hearts of Valor or HOV) is a network of people caring for wounded, ill, or injured service members and veterans, created and maintained by Operation Homefront. We seek to support these caregivers by facilitating online groups that provide the social connection to other caregivers in similar situations, fostering support groups by location to encourage resource sharing and friendships, and sponsoring annual retreats to provide education on relevant issues.
TAPS provides comfort, care, and resources to all those grieving the death of a military loved one. Since 1994, TAPS has provided comfort and hope 24/7 through a national peer support network and connection to grief resources, all at no cost to surviving families and loved ones.
